Here's how this FREE mini-course will work:

  • The welcome module is ready whenever you're ready to start. It will teach you more about the program and divide the cycle of walking into 4 stages.
  • Over the course of 5 days, starting on October 9, we will cover different topics--feet, hips, pelvis, spine, and troubleshooting. We will also touch briefly on carrying, strollers, and running.
  • Each day, you will learn about a different region of the body, its role in walking, and its interplay with other parts of the body.
  • It is essential that you go for a walk alongside this program, so you can experiment with what you learn each day. You will uncover what that region of your body does at each stage of walking as well as what you might do differently.


 

You know walking benefits your emotional state, cardiovascular conditioning, and bone health.

What this program will not do:

  • It will not magically transform you. You have to do all the walking and thinking yourself.
  • It will not teach you to change the specifics of your mobility or strength. It is strictly about the coordination of walking. However, if you want specifics on mobility and strength, you can find that in my Mama Made Strong program.
  • It is not intended for weight loss. However, the longer and more effectively you can walk, the easier it is to make this happen on your own.
